Proper care helps protect the beauty and functionality of your products. Follow these guidelines to keep your fixtures and surfaces looking their best.

 Ceramic Sinks

  • Routine Cleaning: Use warm water and a mild detergent.

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: They are not required and may damage the glossy finish.

  • Maintenance Tip: Gentle, regular cleaning preserves the surface shine.

Removing Rust Stains from Stainless Steel Sinks

  • Use non-abrasive or mild-abrasive cleaners.

  • Always clean with the grain of the stainless steel to avoid scratching.

  • Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry with a soft towel.

 Faucet Care

  • Daily Wipe-Down: Clean with hot water and dry with a cloth to prevent buildup.

  • Avoid Commercial Cleaners: These may damage the finish.

  • We recommend Bio-Clean for gentle, effective cleaning.

 

 Glass Vessel Sinks

  • After each use, clean with a soapy sponge, rinse with warm water, and dry.

  • Avoid scrubbing or applying excessive force—glass can scratch easily.

  • For mineral stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner and rinse thoroughly.

Bathtub Care

Acrylic Bathtubs

  • Clean with gentle soap and warm water using a soft sponge.

  • Avoid abrasive pads.

  • To remove hard water stains or mildew, use vinegar.

  • Maintain the finish with white polishing compound every 3 months.

Minor repairs:

  • For scratches, use Gel-Gloss or metal polish.

  • For deep damage, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper, then polish.

Stone Resin Bathtubs

For matte surfaces:

  1. Clean with warm water.

  2. Use #800 sandpaper in circular motions on scratches.

  3. Follow with #1200 sandpaper to blend and smooth.

  4. Dry and polish with compound.

For glossy surfaces:

  1. Gently sand with wet #400 sandpaper along the scratch.

  2. Follow with #600 sandpaper, maintaining light pressure.

  3. Dry the surface, then buff using automotive wax and a polishing cloth.

Can I Use Bath Oils?

Yes. Just be sure to rinse the tub thoroughly afterward to prevent residue buildup.

Chandelier Cleaning Guide

Step 1: Dusting

  • Use a feather duster to remove loose dust.

Step 2: Prep the Area

  • Wet method: Lay a tarp, cover bulbs with plastic.

  • Dry method: Photograph layout, remove crystals onto newspaper in order.

Step 3: Clean

  • Wet method: Spray chandelier cleaner directly and let it drip dry.

  • Dry method: Spray and wipe each crystal with a microfiber cloth. Wipe fixture with a damp cloth.

Step 4: Drying

  • Allow the fixture to air-dry completely before turning on lights or reassembling.

 Stainless Steel Sink Care

  • Rinse and dry after each use.

  • Clean weekly with mild cleaners.

  • Avoid leaving chlorides (from soaps) sitting on the surface.

  • Rinse with hot water and dry fully to prevent spots or rust.

  • For extra shine, wipe with club soda, then dry with a soft cloth.
